History: Merla was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Bulzo was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: Taklinn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: Born in the east to a Fletcher, Quick learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with her Courier mother left her crippled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
