Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. He wears his auburn hair up. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He worked as a nervous Shepherd and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and further expansion of business

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Pelt has worked very hard to control his curse. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has never given up on her dancing dream.
