Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around her ears. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Baggi grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Baggi. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
