History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Adrik and his spouse have recently divorced.
