History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Born in the north to a Tanner, Nelkin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When Nelkin reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.
