History: Nelkin hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Portia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he loathes his own lifestyle
