History: Born to a Apothecary, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paggen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paggen. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
