History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Finellen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Vadania was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Vadania's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
