Description: This malnourished man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Varis hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Varis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and elven compassion

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are likewise red.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He was born in the south. Mugrunden was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Priest. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and doesn't want to be a priest and was forced into it by his family
Ideals: Professionalism. Flaws: Cynical. Bonds: Attractive, Immigrant. Occupation: Priest

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears black trousers with grey and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: The child of a Painter, who enjoyed hunting, Shump was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shump fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available he will default to his monstrous two handed axe. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his monstrous two handed axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A true patriot, Sindri would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her black robe. Her brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: Born in the east to a Merchant, Felosial learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. A true patriot, Nurkara would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student she started as a Mason, but she got bored and became a Locksmith. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Locksmith for hire.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
