Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Hrathy was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Glassblower. Being a Glassblower kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His childhood dream was to be a Courier, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Doctor for hire.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. Now she works as a painting tutor during her time off.
