She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Elysande took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up whip and armor she uses now. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
