History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Gruk's homeland. Gruk decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gruk fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, marred by sweets. He has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. After a long history of fighting, Dynamic and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Rolen has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
