History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Kite was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tailor. He's also a talented Healer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Skak has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nimble will drive conversation. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Beatrice was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has never given up on her singing dream.
