History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Personality: Dain wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Mumpena was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Shoemaker. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a red costume with the symbols of death on her torso. She has done her best to style her brown hair to look like a famous performer. Her ears are large.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chenna fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
