Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Foxilon enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a Miller, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.
