History: Born in the south to a Herbalist, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He struck the Spy job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Scribe. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Scribe but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Scribe. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
