Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Phelaia never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
