Personality: Gilbert is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gilbert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Through the years after Ahinar was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ahinar's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Aust is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she usually wears her pastel robe and has her sword always slung over her shoulder. She has dyed her greying cinnamon fur a little too much giving a sharp cinnamon color. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Spear was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Scribe business.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He works hard and plays hard.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. During her travels, Mella and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Mella discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Mella fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
