Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Through the years after Zephan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Zephan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
