History: Oriel lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Sporting a silver mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Elysande was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Elysande was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Elysande decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Vanuath was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Vanuath never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is wracked by social anxiety
