History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Eleanor was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She got into the Mason business at a young age. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has worked as a Mason like her father before her.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to be a performer again

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
