History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Morthos was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bookbinder. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The war was a terrible time for her, and Katherine does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
