Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Trym took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Soapmaker. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born to a Knight, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

Through the years after Fistula was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Fistula's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to prove his worth to the world
