Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a worn and beaten armor. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gilbert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student she started as a Soapmaker, but she got bored and became a Shipwright. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: Eva was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, Eva took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now owns her own business.
