History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Shanairla took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
