His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Ethereal would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ethereal abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
