As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Maagog and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

History: Born in the east to a Painter, Ea learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people
