History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She struck the Fletcher job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.
