History: Markosian was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Shoemaker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eva grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eva. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roge was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
