History: He was born into a rich family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jade was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is content.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Flame embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
