History: Born to a Sellsword, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now owns his own business.

History: Born in the east to a Sellsword, River learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has worked as a Adventurer like her mother before her.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bricklayer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. The war was a terrible time for her, and Chenna does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a Mortician first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When Jane reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mortician for the past few years.
