Description: He dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a black coat with white slacks. He carries a battered shortbow and tarnished crossbow as well. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Heian's homeland. Heian decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. The war was a terrible time for her, and Agnes does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Agnes was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Navigator, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and retire the richest man in the east

He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has done his best to style his blue hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: Her skin is bronze and flawless. She sports red clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She is an epitome of beauty. She has shaved her head bald. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Merla was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
