Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Cook profession.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student she started as a Cook, but she got bored and became a Map Maker. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Unemployed born in the past three hundred years. Nyx is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: To pay off her debts; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a pastel armored body suit, with a simple violet line shooting up and back down. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length red fur. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes goblins are coming to abduct people. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.
History: Flame hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Flame alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing her hectic life and new locksmith responsibilities is difficult

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a black shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Mantus was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: 4'10" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. His red hair is lengthy. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Paelias abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends
