Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and Fivin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

History: Reynard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Reynard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

History: Baelitae was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Masseuse, but she got bored and became a Bowyer. She struck the Bowyer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing her hectic life and new bowyer responsibilities is difficult
