Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His black hair is knotted and matted. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in a small island village. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Cecily will drive conversation. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Cecily was born the youngest of three triplets. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Dilettante. His hair is cut close to his head. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Bertram speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Bertram is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by lycanthropy.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Adam never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Beast will drive conversation. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Beast liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
