History: She got into the Engraver business at a young age. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Kathra took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scimitar and armor she uses now. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

History: Tordrid lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Tordrid was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Tordrid's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Doctor, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Quarethon and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Shava was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
