History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
