Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Silvo was a troubled youth.
