History: He was born at the edge of vast island. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Bellfounder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Mishann hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mishann grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mishann. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His auburn hair is long and unkept. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Frederick embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and regain custody of his son
