History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She worked as a nervous Herbalist and found it very stressful. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.

History: Born to a Shipwright, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
