Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Mason they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Fortune-teller, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Andraste grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Andraste. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
