Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Warryn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Grigi was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

History: The child of a Spice Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Dustin was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Spice Merchant, but he got bored and became a Actor. He now owns his own business.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Through the years after Gormogord was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gormogord's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Skamos was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
