History: Althaea hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Althaea liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Delebean abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and a deep hatred of dire rats
