History: He was born in a small mountains village. Efferil was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
