History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aline grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Aline alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Anne was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on her belt. Her dark red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Prosperine grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Prosperine. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying east to reunite her family. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Avice fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
