History: She was raised in a forest tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Salanop took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor she uses now. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
