Description: He wears a white vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his white boots flare out at the collars, and carries scythes. His black hair is lengthy. His ears are large.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Halander was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and many goblins want him driven away

Personality: Snafû speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: He was born in the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and money/treasure

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Three abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She wears her black hair down. Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Valida isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. She wears a colorful flower in her purple hair. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was born into a rich family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

Personality: Carlin is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Carlin lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.
