History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Vaina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vaina decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and to be a body guard again

History: Born in the east to a Miner, Leshanna learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She now owns her own business.

His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Description: He very much looks the part of a Healer. He is portly but not overly obese. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the left. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor
