History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Varis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thomas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nagrette studied abroad. Nagrette liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
