His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.

Motivation: To be a Laborer again; and doesn't want to be a mason and was forced into it by his family

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.

After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
